About Us

Since 1984, we have been serving the construction needs of hundreds of customers on Cape Cod. While we have worked from Plymouth to Provincetown, most of our work has been done in the seven villages of Barnstable. We’ve built complete homes or done simple repairs for home owners, realtors, investors, business owners and seasonal homeowners.

What makes us most proud is the dozens of fellow tradesmen we have worked for. While a lot of these tradesmen (plumbers, electricians, painters and roofers for example) work for many different builders, they have trusted us to work on their own homes. We’ve also worked on a number of other builders homes. I sometimes think Eldredge and Sons has worked for someone from every occupation there is. We started in the 1980’s building mostly Capes and ranches. As the regulations changed, the houses continued to become larger and more complex every year. From tear downs to complete gutting of the home to simply replacing windows and siding, roughly half of our work has been completed on existing homes. The trade specialists we use are more than just subcontractors to us. We have been working side by side for more than 20 years. These tradesmen are the best in their respective fields which makes life a lot easier for us and our customers.

With over 20 years building experience on the Cape, we’ve built everything from sheds to mansions and everything in between. We have had a lot of laughs and have some great stories. From Oyster Harbors to Yarmouthport, Sandy Neck to Great Island and anywhere in between, I can say I have personally worked on a property within a half mile of your home.
